Kei Kanamori is a Tokyo-born filmmaker, CG artist, and origami artist known for his distinctive approach to 3D animation and his visual exploration of traditional Japanese culture. His graduation film Origami became the first Japanese work to win a Student Academy Award and was later shortlisted for the 97th Oscars® in the Animated Short Film category. He currently works in Japan as an independent filmmaker and CG artist, creating 3D animations and title sequences for major projects, including ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL.

東京出身の映像作家・CGアーティスト・折り紙アーティスト。3Dアニメーションへの独自のアプローチと、日本文化を視覚的に探求する作風で知られる。卒業制作『Origami』は、日本作品として史上初となる学生アカデミー賞を受賞し、第97回アカデミー賞®短編アニメーション部門ショートリストにも選出。現在は日本を拠点にインディペンデントで活動し、国内最大級の音楽フェス「ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL」のタイトル映像など、多岐にわたる映像制作を手がけている。
